20 Week Ultrasound

I had my 20 week ultrasound today. We had the opportunity to find out the sex of the baby, but didn't, as we want to be surprised! None of the pictures have identifying parts - so no guessing from you all! Sorry they are blurry - it's not the scanner - the baby is a real mover! It wouldn't sit still for pictures!

Baby's Face - I think it has my chin...Jon's is more square and mine is more pointy...

Stomach / Placenta / Baby - yup - that's an umbilical cord

Baby's Room

Since I've had lots of questions about what we're doing for the nursery, I decided to post some pictures. We actually purchased a crib from my manager back in March (before I was even pregnant!) - his son had just gotten a big boy bed. So, all that's left is painting, finding a dresser/changing table and setting it all up.

I picked Disney for a theme (anyone actually surprised?!?) - mostly Tigger. The bedding set is called Pooh's Portraits. It's from the Disney store. We're actually going to decorate the room very similar to their example: We're going to put the white boards up on the bottom and paint the top either yellow or brown (Pooh's head color or his nose/the border stitching). Here are some more pictures of accessories I purchased to go with it (I skipped the $30 diaper bag thing and $50 hamper).

Baby on board!

In case you haven't heard yet, Jon and I are expecting! I had an ultrasound on August 16 and they moved my due date up to February 13, 2008! Every thing looks like its developing perfectly so far. Now that I'm about 15 weeks along, the nausea is starting to get somewhat better, but I still have more food aversions than cravings! I'll try to keep everyone updated through this site and facebook.
