I uploaded some pictures from our new camera - we finally broke down and got a digital SLR. It's been pretty easy to use so far - and the pics look great! Hopefully I can upload Oct/Nov tomorrow sometime. We're headed to Disney for Christmas so I'm trying to have empty cards to start with!

Fall 2010

I can't believe fall is already here! I'm so thankful for the cooler weather - I'm really not much of a summer person. I've been super busy lately, teaching part time at Lawrence Tech and doing LabVIEW consulting for GM. Since my memory card was full, I figured I'd better get around to uploading some pictures! The pictures are from August and September. I also uploaded a video of Joey reading at bedtime - he loves books and Blue Hat, Green Hat is one of his favorites!

We arrived home late last night from a fun-filled week at Evergreen. While up in Canada, we celebrated my grandparents 60th wedding anniversary. Libby's first tooth also broke through last Monday, right before the sing-a-long!

New Pictures and Videos of Libby

We've pretty much adjusted to life with two kids now. Joey is becoming more of a big boy every day! He's gone potty on the big boy potty a few times now and is becoming more interested in Libby as she becomes more interactive. He's been showing her toys and books in the past week. I managed to take a few videos of her playing and smiling and decided to upload them. She makes these little squeaking noises that are too cute - she started doing it in the hospital!

It's a Girl!

I apologize for not updating this more often recently...I decided to get crafty this Christmas and make a bunch of presents - I was still finishing them up on Christmas Day! Then January rolled around and I helped throw a baby shower for a friend and then I went into labor almost three weeks early...Elizabeth Marie Linton was born on 2/5/10 at 4:18pm. She was 7 pounds 1 ounce and 19 1/2 inches. No problems even though she was 19 days early. Jon and I weren't prepared at all - while I rested at the hospital, he came back home to get the car seat together, wash the crib sheets and clothes and more! My parents were also a big help - Joey came down with the cold I had before I went into labor so he stayed with them while I was in the hospital. We came home Sunday afternoon and have been adjusting to having two little ones around. For a few weeks, we even had two under two! Luckily, Jon was able to take two weeks off work to help me adjust - we're still figuring things out, but it is getting easier! Anyhow, I finally got around to getting some of the pictures off the camera. I uploaded the more recent ones, but still need to get the Christmas ones posted. Enjoy!
